Disclaimer: I want to add that the name of my blog site is not a “dig” on mental health. I take the sensitivity to mental health seriously, as I have amazing people dealing with mental health issues. The reason I went with a “K” for Krazy is to emit the KhaOs that comes and goes throughout our lives and touches upon us, and the only word phrase for it is – that is just Krazy SausE! -enjoy it with me people.
